By clicking the "Pay Online" button on Step 4, we will be redirecting you to our Payment Gateway. At the end of your booking transaction, you should be able to get a Digital Receipt which provides you with your booking details and your Merchant Reference Number.
Should you encounter errors after you have submitted your credit card number to our Payment Gateway, or should you fail to receive a Digital Receipt, we strongly advice that you do the following:
1. Call your issuing bank to confirm if charges were credited to your account.
2. Email us at email@example.com (or call us at 398-8788 or 0922-gohotel) to confirm if the booking was successful.
Payment through bank deposit is only applicable for bookings done at least 3 days before check-in date.
You will receive your booking confirmation via email 1-2 working day/s after your payment is made.
